Capt. Abhay Charan has held a diverse portfolio of functionalities including Team leadership and Company Management, with over 35 years of experience in the Maritime Industry. A founder member of FR8 and subsequently Navig8, he was catalyst in developing its operational strategies and processes, resulting in Navig8 evolving from 5 vessels to a peak of over 250 vessels.

Following an illustrious career spanning over 30-years, Abhay enjoys leading and navigating change within dynamic environments, challenging the norms and pushing boundaries for greater levels of achievements. Some of these include starting up businesses, managing multi-cultural teams across global offices and negotiating multi-million dollar vendor contracts. Abhay believes in motivating through positive thinking, encouraging and supporting his team through an active involvement and systems support. An avid runner, Abhay has participated in two full Marathons in Singapore, besides Cycle Challenges. He is an animal activist, working with a few local groups. He also enjoys gardening and Yoga.

Capt. Gyanendra is an Alumnus of TS Chanakya, one of the most bankable stars of his batch, a recipient of President's Gold Medal Runner's up Award and Cadet with Most Officer Like qualities Award and presently a member of the Executive committee of DRACEA, India. He is also the Secretary of Nautical Institute (India West), an Ex-Warden of CMMI and a member of the Technical Committee of Indian Register of Shipping.

He is a registered Trainer with DNV-GL and regularly conducts training on Audits and Vetting Inspections.

He is a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015, holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Naval Architecture, Post Graduate Diploma in Management, Fellow of the NMIMS, and a certified DPA.

He has 16 years sailing experience with 6 years as Master and 8 years shore experience in Safety and Operations. He has been actively involved in Internal Audits - ISM / ISPS/MLC, External Audits - Navigation / Mooring / Cargo, Safety and Operations Inspection, P&I Inspections, and Training of Ship and Shore staff. He regularly carries inspection of Ethane carriers manned by MOL on behalf of Owners, oversees discharges, has undertaken safety audit of a Bulk Steel Handling Stevedoring Company and assisted companies prepare for TMSA audits, and prepared / revised SMS manuals in part / full for Anglo-Eastern Ship Management, British Marine (India) and few others. He is also the contracted Fleet Training Manager for Landbridge Ship Management (Hong Kong).

Eraldo Baf is an industry expert in Chemical / Oil Tanker cleaning, an expert chemist and a tank cleaning consultant, based out of the Randstad, Netherlands, associated with industry leaders Pro-Liquid and B-MTC. His prowess lies in assisting the industry in loading of clean chemicals onboard Chemical Tankers since 1988. He started his career with the prestigious Dr. A Verwey Lab in 1985, overseeing numerous chemical tanker operations, loadings / cleanings, surveys, as well as Tank coating inspections and S/S passivation treatment.
